The property in the house is valuable and we would greatly appreciate if keep it as if it were your own house. If a glass or plate is broken, it’s okay it happens and we WILL NOT ASK YOU FOR ANY FINANCIAL COMPENSATION, but please let us know so that we can fill in the gaps.
If there is damage to the television and/or to the air conditioner and/or to the furniture and/or to the coffee machine and/or to the refrigerator and/or to the motorcycle and/or to the bicycle and the damage is caused due to your negligence or intent, then YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY FOR IT ACCORDING TO THE DAMAGE. Receipt of repair/replacement will of course be forwarded to you.
You will receive a FULL REFUND of your money in case of cancellation of your stay with us up to two weeks before arrival.
If the cancellation is made between two weeks and a week before the arrival date, YOU WILL RECEIVE BACK 50% of the cost you pay.
If the cancellation is made up to a week before the stay, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE.
