**Renovation**
On April 12, 2024, we completed the renovation of the duplex with guest comfort in mind. The designer was instructed to prioritize guest preferences, resulting in a modern, comfortable, and practical design
**Internet**

**Fan**
Instructions are on the remote control You can control the direction, change the speed, and switch the light on/off in three different colors
**Air Conditioners**
Operating instructions are on the remote control. Please remember to turn them off when not in use.
**TV in the Rooms**
Use the remote to access Netflix for movies/series in various languages
For YouTube, connect to YouTube Premium for uninterrupted music/movies/videos.
**TV in the Living Room**
Turn on the TV, press the “home” button on the remote, and choose YouTube Premium, Netflix, or IPTV Smarters Pro. On IPTV, go to LIVE and select the country you want to watch. Channels from all over the world are available
**Lighting**
The lights change to three different colors for your convenience. Toggle the switch on/off until you achieve the desired lighting
**Hot Water**
Showers feature fast heating. You can choose between six modes using the arrows. Remember to turn off when not in use
**Gas**
To light, press and turn the relevant button, holding it until the fire is on
**Washing Machine**
Press the power button to start the washing machine. It completes the cycle in 44 minutes
**Coffee Machine**
Clear instructions are provided. If you need assistance, we will gladly help
**Flashlight Placement**
As power outages are rare on the island, a flashlight is under the TV in the master bedroom and another in the cabinet near the mirror on the ground floor. With our solar energy system installed in December 2024, power outages are not expected
**First Aid Kit**
One kit is under the TV in the master bedroom, and another is in the cabinet near the mirror on the ground floor
**Safe**
Close: Select a code, press the red button while the door is open, and when the yellow light turns on, input your code followed by C or E
Open: Enter the code and turn the handle to the left
**Minibar**
Menu items include snacks, drinks, and fast food
**Restaurants**
We recommend two highly-rated restaurants with varied food and fair prices, not far from Riverduplex. The only arrangement is free delivery for our guests. If we receive complaints about quality or service, their menu will be removed from Riverduplex table
**Bicycles**
Two pairs are available for use at no additional charge
**Motorcycle Rental**
Three motorcycles can be rented for 400 pesos per day
**Car Rental**
Our automatic Nissan car is available for rent at 1200 pesos
**Massages**
Professional massages are available for 570 pesos per hour, depending on availability
**Babysitting**
Babysitting services are available for 500 pesos per hour
