Hello, My daughter May and I decided to rebuild and rent out our duplex located in a prime area in Bohol Philippines, with a pool and in front of the river and turn it into a luxury guest house. Luxurious but at a fair price.
The place is about 1 km from Tagbilaran, a town with four malls, cafes and all the food chains, and on the other side White Beach about 3 km, in fifteen minutes drive is Alona Beach and the international airport. Hinagdanan Cave is a 10-minute drive away.
The duplex is equipped in the best way, from the best towels, through the coffee to a 75 inch Samsung TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium and all the TV channels in the world, fast internet, comfortable beds and dozens of books on the library shelves. Outside you will get two pairs of bicycles for free use and in the private parking you will find three motorcycles for rent.

The place is in a small and pastoral complex with a guard, a gardener and a pool cleaner.
